Lately, being green is in vogue. Most people want to do their part to conserve the environment and make conscientious decisions based on this. They’re recycling more, carrying reusable bags to the market and even purchasing green products for their household.
What confuses me is, Why don’t they take care of their own environment, meaning their body? Personally, I believe one of the obstacles is budget. Yes, organic is more pricey, but isn’t your health worth it. It’s much more affordable to pay the grocer, farmers market, or health food store than the obscene cost of health care.
My video on Organics, helps you navigate the purchasing of organic, local or conventional produce. I also discuss the merits of grass fed beef. As I mention in the video, check out http://www.foodnews.org/walletguide.php
